M id-West Insulation was based on a vision — a vision my father-in-law Bill Alford had back in 1968 when he founded the company. He wanted to develop, right from the start, a company dedicated to the established values of quality work and customer satisfaction. Like him, I’ve always been a strong believer in the team concept. That’s why Mid-West Insulation brought together a group of experienced, talented and committed people to help achieve the vision. We all agreed that, if the company was going to experience lasting success, it had to be totally customer-oriented.
And we’ve never settled for less. Our focus has consistently been to give our customers the very best. We’ve worked hard to develop lasting partnerships with our customers, responding quickly and efficiently to their needs. To this emphasis on “oldfashioned” values, we’ve added expertise in the latest technological advances in the field of mechanical insulation. Through the years, it’s been satisfying to see the vision grow and flourish. Today, Mid-West Insulation is an established firm, enjoying multi- million dollar sales annually. And the vision doesn’t end here. The same principles that guided the company back in 1968 have not changed. But technology has. And we will continue to explore progressive insulation technologies and methodologies as we remain faithful to the customer orientation upon which the company was founded.
